－Fresh and unpraessed food
－The idea of family and community helping one another
→If is important to stress to the younger generation that thw toxic life that they're experencing in the cities has not always been this way.

→The hardware and convinience of what I've experenced here is all in place.
→There should be more emphasis on the areas history and personal life stories to bridge the older generation with the young,as this will in still pride,individual growth and hope for a sustainable future.
